Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of home health experience required
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, OASIS, and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
  • Must be able to work on-site in the Fredericksburg area

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations for home health services
  • Supervise and support field staff (RNs, LPNs, therapists, aides)
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations and agency policies
  • Review clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate patient care plans and case assignments
  • Support onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Act as liaison between clinicians, physicians, and leadership
  • Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
