In this role, you will oversee daily clinical workflows, lead onboarding and training for new medical assistants, and drive performance improvement initiatives that make a real impact on patient and provider experiences. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN, preferred) or LPN
- A strong communicator and natural coach
- Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement
- Willing to work alongside your staff as needed
- Experienced in clinical operations, training, or team leadership
- Dedicated to delivering excellent patient care
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical workflows and serve as a primary clinical resource for our staff of 10 - 15 medical assistants.
- Lead onboarding, training, and competency assessments for medical assistants.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives using data, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Create and update SOPs to support consistent, high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and documentation accuracy.
- Foster collaboration across providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams.
- Support Medicare patient attribution accuracy, engagement, and AWV completion.
- Monitor and contribute to MSSP quality performance.
