They are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leadership to their interdisciplinary care team. This role is critical in maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of patient care services while supporting staff development and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland (or eligible)
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of home health experience required
  • Strong knowledge of OASIS, Medicare guidelines, and compliance standards
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work on-site in Beltsville, MD

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow management
  • Supervise and support clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, therapists, and aides
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory standards
  • Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate patient care planning and case assignments
  • Lead onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, physicians, and leadership
  • Support quality assurance and performance improvement programs
