As the Clinical Manager, you oversee the coordination and delivery of home health services, ensuring high-quality care and smooth daily operations. Requirements

  • Current Oklahoma RN license in good standing
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • Knowledge of Medicare guidelines for home health agencies
  • Valid Oklahoma driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Basic computer skills
  • Communicates clearly

  • Maintains a friendly, professional demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day clinical and office operations
  • Serving as a resource for field staff and ensuring tasks are completed accurately
  • Monitoring task screens, reviewing complaint forms, and following up on QI reports
  • Leading weekly case conferences
  • Collaborating with HR to recruit, hire, and train new team members
  • Ensuring staff follow infection control procedures and understand abuse reporting requirements
  • Tracking monthly revenue and expenses to maintain budget compliance
  • Overseeing admissions, discharges, and re-certifications and evaluating their financial impact
  • Monitoring staff productivity and ensuring thorough orientation for new hires
  • Providing patient care when needed and participating in ongoing training
