About The Position
The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for coordinating day-to-day clinical operations on a residential recovery campus to ensure that an excellent level of care is provided to all program clients. Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the Manager provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to the counseling team. The Manager confirms that exceptional, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care is provided by the clinical services staff by ensuring team objectives are met, ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations and policies, and ensuring effective management and administration of the clinical services team. The Clinical Services Manager is also responsible for cultivating a team culture and climate that aligns with Phoenix Rescue Mission’s organizational values and for modeling behaviors that align with those values.
