The Clinical Manager School-Based (Warren Township) is a licensed mental health professional responsible for the clinical and operational oversight of school district-wide providers. This leader ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health and life skills services to patients. The Clinical Manager contributes to business development efforts that strengthen and expand school based services while serving as the primary liaison between the clinical team, school administration, district leadership, and community partners. This role balances direct supervisory responsibilities with strategic program development, compliance oversight, and staff development. Providers will have to float between sites and between school districts to cover for other providers when appropriate.
