About The Position

Requirements

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
Home Health and OASIS knowledge & experience required
Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully run branch operations
As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)

Current OASIS Certification a plus

Responsibilities

Managing clinical operations for our Fayetteville branch location
Predictive staffing to anticipate talent needs for growth
Branch budgeting preparation
Participating in activities to increase star ratings and promote overall branch growth
Increase patient census and profitability while maintaining excellent quality of care
Manage day-to-day activities
Other duties as assigned
