About The Position

The Clinical Manager - Operating Room is responsible for the administrative and operational management of assigned departments. This includes oversight of cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care, clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient, physician, and staff satisfaction. The role is part of the entity management team and Shared Governance Model, which focuses on promoting the mission, vision, and values of Piedmont Healthcare (PHC) and Nursing Professional Practice. The manager embraces a person-centered philosophy while promoting patient-family centered services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes. Additionally, the Clinical Manager is responsible for succession planning, identifying talent, and providing support, education, and resources to develop future nursing leaders. The position may also require assisting in staffing to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Three (3) years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• At least one (1) year of relevant leadership experience.
• Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area.
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty.
• BLS certification required.
