Job Summary and Responsibilities CHI St Alexius Health Bismarck is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our NICU & Children's Unit. This is a vital role within our team, and we're looking for someone passionate about providing exceptional care to our youngest patients. This position is eligible to receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus! Job Summary: Contributes to the fulfillment of the CHI Health Mission and Vision by planning, organizing, implementing, and maintaining initiatives for the inpatient, emergency department, and skilled nursing facility. Additional areas supported include but not limited to the following: case management and social work, quality, and infection prevention. Serves as a behavior role model and promotes an awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles.
