Clinical Manager- Memory Care -Full Time
About The Position
As the Clinical Manager for Memory Care, you will provide leadership, direction, and clinical oversight to the nursing and caregiving team within our Memory Care neighborhood. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centered care for residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. This position requires a compassionate leader with strong clinical acumen, a deep understanding of memory care best practices, and the ability to inspire and support staff in maintaining the highest standards of care and service.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Virginia (or eligible for licensure).
- 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in memory care or long-term care.
- Knowledge of dementia care and state regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred, but experience accepted.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing care in the Memory Care unit.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes.
- Support, guide, and train nursing staff.
- Ensure care meets all policies and regulations.
- Communicate with families, doctors, and team members.
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
