About The Position

Who we are Lawrence Hall is a Chicago-based nonprofit social services agency that provides therapeutic, wellness, and skill development services to youth, families, and neighborhoods affected by lasting trauma. We foster healing and growth through empowerment, respect, safety, and teamwork. Our Child & Family Treatment Center (CFTC) is a 24-hour residential program serving youth ages 8–18 referred through DCFS and ISBE who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. Using a trauma-informed approach, we support youth in building the skills needed for long-term stability and well-being. The Role: Clinical Team Lead Are you a licensed clinician (LCSW/LCPC) ready to transition from a full caseload into a leadership role? At Lawrence Hall, we provide the training and clinical infrastructure you need to move from direct service into program management. Whether your background is in outpatient care, private practice, or community health, we will support your growth into a clinical leader. As a Clinical Manager (Licensed Milieu Supervisor), you will serve as a clinical leader within a residential child welfare setting. You will be responsible for maintaining consistency, quality, and compliance across clinical services within a DCFS-regulated residential program. In this role, you'll guide and support a multidisciplinary team-including therapists, case managers, and unit staff-delivering trauma-informed care to youth with complex needs.
