The Clinic Manager provides operational oversight and staff guidance for a the Casa Grande, clinic under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. This role supports daily clinic operations in partnership with the Managing Nurse Practitioner. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily. This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shift may change in accordance with business needs. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • If RN an additional certification, ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Administration Certification, is required within 90 days of hire
  • Basic Life Support/ CPR certification
  • 2+ years of experience in infusion setting
  • Experience in the management of clinical and/or administrative staff

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in infusion setting

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that support clinic staff and patient care
  • Responsible for clinic scheduling across a market, inclusive of clinical and administrative coverage for multiple clinics
  • Proactively identify market staffing needs based on growth trends, individual clinic needs/requirements
  • Responsible for managing all administrative and clinical hiring needs in the market
  • Assists in the selection, orientation and ongoing training of clinic staff, inclusive of other Nurse Practitioners, infusion RN’s, LPN’s and medical receptionists with a focus on operational processes
  • Ability to travel between multiple clinics in a market, as needed
