Requirements

• B.S. degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Two (2) years clinical experience in specialty area.
• At least five (5) years experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily patient care operations for the IMCU & PCU department.
• Applying management principles to ensure smooth operations of the department.
• Making independent judgments and decisions regarding budget, personnel, patient services, physician relations, and administrative or professional programs.
• Maintaining twenty-four (24) hour accountability for the assigned area.
