Responsibilities The Clinical Manager - Hospice at the direction of the Director of Hospice, the Clinical Manager, plans for, leads, coordinates and facilitates the provision of quality care and service, including appropriate use of resources (human/supplies/equipment), for a patient at the end of life. Demonstrates commitment to hospice and palliative care, excellence in problem solving, leadership, communication, fiscal responsibility and teamwork. Provides leadership, consultation and collaboration in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment and collaborates with administrators and other members of the health care team to design, evaluate, and improve patient care systems and processes.
