About The Position

The Clinical Manager is directly responsible for the coordination and supervision of the day to day patient care operations of Home Care, to include personnel, quality of care, and compliance with Hospice Savannah’s, state and federal regulatory policies and procedures. The Clinical Manager is committed to the philosophy, goals and objectives while consistently demonstrating Hospice Savannah’s values and compliance with service excellence standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of three years of management or supervisory experience, including staff supervision, performance evaluation, and healthcare financial oversight
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical record systems
• Ability to ambulate, assist with patient mobility, and lift or transfer patients— with or without assistive devices— in excess of 75 pounds using proper body mechanics
• Ability to document patient and family encounters accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner using electronic systems
