Summary of Primary Function/Scope: The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care in the market assigned. By leading, advising, and supporting all aspects of a clinician’s clinical experience with IHT, all clinicians are well prepared to drive patient outcomes. Ensuring therapists are prepared through exceptional training and education, supported as they navigate the home health landscape and provide day-to-day patient care, and fully accountable to meeting IHT standards of quality and patient outcomes is the primary responsibility of the role. Equally critical is consistent servant leadership/management of all assigned staff and collaborating with all Clinical Leads to ensure “one-company” clinical standards are implemented and maintained at the local level. Reflecting the “clinical needs of therapists” and advocating for high-performing therapists across IHT is an ongoing aspect of the role. Unwavering commitment to quality care.
