The manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to all patients served by the location, managing the assignment of caregivers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and third-party payer requirements. The Clinical Manager also participates in sales and marketing initiatives, supervises clinical employees, and handles employee corrective actions and discipline issues. Additionally, the role involves assessing staff education needs, conducting regular staff education, and maintaining relationships with referral community sources.
