About The Position

The Clinical Manager for Early Education at Cornerstones of Care is responsible for overseeing mental health services for young children and their families. This role involves providing direct clinical services, supervising a team of mental health professionals, and collaborating with community partners to enhance behavioral health screenings and services for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The Clinical Manager will also support school staff in addressing personal and professional challenges, ensuring high-quality care for children.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to be licensed at the clinical level in Missouri and Kansas (LSCSW, LCPC, LCMFT).
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working with young children and families.
• Familiarity with trauma, attachment, and diversity implications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a school-based program.
• Trained in Conscious Discipline (training will be provided).
• Registered Play Therapy-Supervisor (training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to children and families.

• Ensure integration of Cornerstones of Care team into partner centers.
