About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dialysis Clinical Manager to oversee the operations of our dialysis center in Hobbs, NM. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis departments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch care and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. The Kidney Care Center has two clinic locations in Lubbock, TX and Hobbs, NM. We offer Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis for patients. Our clinics are open Monday-Saturday. Closed on Sundays. Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active state nursing license.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the dialysis field.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with previous experience in a clinical or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures and protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and reports.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft OFFICE, WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day clinical operations of both the hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis departments.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory, equipment, and supplies necessary for dialysis treatment.
• Oversee the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and patient education programs.
• Act as a resource and support for patients and their families, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Prepare and submit reports on clinic performance and outcomes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the clinic.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members.
• Providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities to ensure staff meetings and in-services elevate your staff performance.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and open communication.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, their families, and the local community.
• Support the clinical staff to ensure patient treatments are uninterrupted.
