Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Clinical Manager | Clinic Float Pool and Clinic Operations Location: La Crosse and Onalaska Campuses Schedule: Full‑time, 1.0 FTE What You’ll Do Provide management oversight and strategic leadership for the Clinic Nursing Float Pool, ensuring efficient staff deployment across ambulatory locations, including the La Crosse campus, Onalaska, and regional clinics. Oversee Clinic Operations staffing and scheduling, working in close partnership with clinic, hospital, and system operations leaders. Directly and indirectly lead a diverse team of ~55 staff, including: Registered Nurses (RNs) Medical Assistants (MAs) Clinic Coordinator Office Assistant Personnel Schedulers Supervisor Manage employee performance, engagement, and development to ensure optimal daily operations and high team morale. Collaborate with other Clinical Managers, Clinical Operations Directors, and the Hospital Float Pool leadership to align staffing models and operational priorities. Serve as a key stakeholder in major initiatives, including: UKG Phase 2 implementation Future-state clinic staffing and scheduling models Schedule & Work Environment Full-time leadership position with standard weekday hours. On‑site presence is essential, with time shared between La Crosse and Onalaska (typically 2 days/week in Onalaska). No routine weekends or holidays. Highly collaborative, enterprise‑focused role with broad visibility across ambulatory operations. What You’ll Need Required Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Wisconsin 5–7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills Desired Bachelor’s degree in Nursing 1 year of management experience Ambulatory or clinic operations experience Experience leading leaders Familiarity with workforce management systems (e.g., UKG) Ideal Candidate Profile An experienced leader who is comfortable leading through complexity and ambiguity. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
  • 5–7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills
