Requirements
- RN with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Must obtain ACLS and Rhythm Recognition Certification within 90 days of hire.
- Associates Degree or the equivalent required in area of specialty.
- Five year’s clinical experience in required field.
- Three year’s management or supervisory experience.
- Current licensure/certification in required profession (RN, RCIS, Respiratory, Perfusion, etc).
- BCLS/ACLS required of clinical areas.

Responsibilities
- Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments including management of human resources, routine operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient/staff satisfaction, change management and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position.
- Serves as part of a collaborative service line management team focused on promoting the mission, vision, and valves of PHC.
- Assists in staffing as necessary and is able to provide cardiovascular clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric cardiac patients.
