Requirements

  • RN with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Must obtain ACLS and Rhythm Recognition Certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Associates Degree or the equivalent required in area of specialty.
  • Five year’s clinical experience in required field.
  • Three year’s management or supervisory experience.
  • Current licensure/certification in required profession (RN, RCIS, Respiratory, Perfusion, etc).
  • BCLS/ACLS required of clinical areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments including management of human resources, routine operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient/staff satisfaction, change management and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position.
  • Serves as part of a collaborative service line management team focused on promoting the mission, vision, and valves of PHC.
  • Assists in staffing as necessary and is able to provide cardiovascular clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric cardiac patients.
