Behavior One Autism Solutions is now hiring a full-time (32+ hours a week) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage ABA services delivered to our clients in Los Angeles County. Pay: Hourly Pay equivalent to $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Opportunities for up to $120,000.00 per year with bonus incentive Pay is negotiable This position will also include Quality Assurance (QA) to maintain the quality of our services and staff working within Los Angeles County. We are currently looking for a leader that shares our vision for the ethical delivery of ABA services to some of the most vulnerable members of our society. We take our responsibility to our clients seriously, which is why company growth is systematic and methodical. All levels of staff directly inspire our agency’s vision. The BCBA works with individuals with a variety of disorders, such as Autism, ADHD and Mild Intellectual disabilities. BCBAs oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans (i.e., behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals) for each client on their caseload. They work collaboratively on a clinical team and may work one-on-one with caregivers in home and community settings. The BCBA collaborates with the client’s caregivers and the case supervisor to develop a comprehensive and individualized intervention plan.
