About The Position

The position involves conducting patient assessments in accordance with company standards for appropriate patients for potential admission into the system. It requires maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, sales teams, admission, managed care, clinical and operational teams. The role also includes coordinating the transmission of clinical and benefits information of patients for possible admission into our ScionHealth Specialty Hospitals, collecting, organizing, evaluating, and communicating pertinent clinical information with effective verbal and written skills. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to service excellence are essential, along with a strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to produce quick results. Confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements are paramount.
