About The Position
As a Clinical Liaison at Marquis Health Consulting Services, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining effective relationships with referral sources and customers to achieve the census goals of the Center. This position is essential in assessing and evaluating potential patients for appropriate admissions, ensuring a smooth admission process by collaborating closely with hospital staff and internal teams at the Centers. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the referral and admission process, which includes receiving and evaluating all referrals to ensure clinical appropriateness for the hospital. Your expertise will be crucial in working with hospitals to ensure that all steps of the admission process are thoroughly completed, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of skilled nursing facilities and senior housing communities throughout the Eastern Seaboard. In this role, you will utilize your strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of regulatory standards to project a professional image while balancing the complex challenges of assessing patient care needs. Your ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, will be vital as you present information to various audiences. You will also need to demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, making independent decisions when necessary to ensure the best outcomes for patients and the facilities you represent.
