About The Position

The Clinical Liaison (RN, LPN, PT) at AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital - Covington is responsible for driving patient census by collaborating with clinical and community liaisons, CEOs, admission coordinators, and the corporate team. This role involves promoting hospital services through relationship building with referral sources, conducting educational presentations, and providing facility tours. The Clinical Liaison evaluates patients for medical necessity and educates referring facilities and the community about the services offered by the hospital.

Requirements

• Must have clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Physical Therapist.
• Licensed clinician required.
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• One to two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and human relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with other Clinical/Community Liaisons, CEOs, Admission Coordinators, and the Corporate Team to drive patient census.
• Promote hospital services by cultivating relationships with referral sources.
• Conduct educational presentations and provide facility tours.
• Evaluate patients for medical necessity.
• Educate referring facilities, providers, and the community on hospital services.
