As a Clinical Liaison (CL) at Guardian Homecare, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with various healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other key stakeholders such as discharge planners, social workers, and healthcare coordinators. Your primary responsibility will be to promote Guardian Homecare services effectively, ensuring that all parties are well-informed about the offerings and benefits of our services. You will need to be well-versed in the details of the services provided by Guardian Homecare, enabling you to communicate effectively and collaborate with healthcare providers to meet their needs and expectations. In this role, you will act as the company liaison to clients, addressing any issues that may arise and providing them with the necessary information about our services. Maintaining positive relationships with clients is crucial, and you will be expected to resolve problems promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with other Account Executives, the Executive Director, and the Regional Sales Manager to develop a comprehensive business plan and strategy tailored to the local market. Implementing this business plan will be a key part of your responsibilities, and you will be required to report on progress and results to the Regional Sales Manager regularly. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining organized account information for each client, tracking sales data, and identifying key accounts as well as potential problems that may affect service delivery. Your ability to analyze this information will be essential in driving the success of Guardian Homecare in the local market.
