About The Position

Spring Mountain Treatment Center is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Clinical Liaison. The Clinical Liaison is responsible for implementing the policies and procedures, systems, and strategic goals established by senior management. This includes ensuring that all operational guidelines are followed, and strategic initiatives are carried out effectively. The Clinical Liaison is responsible for managing and coordinating the transition of acute patients into behavioral health services. This role ensures a seamless patient experience from initial assessment through treatment planning, appointments, follow-ups, and post-care support. ABOUT SPRING MOUNTAIN TREATMENT CENTER: Spring Mountain Behavioral Services has provided mental health services to the Las Vegas community since 2001, treating children, teens, adults and senior adults with behavioral health or addiction issues. We offer a supportive and healthy environment with 24-hour care that allows people of all ages to make positive changes in their lives. Our primary location, Spring Mountain Treatment Center, focuses on the stabilization of acute symptoms for patients age 5 to 65, along with select outpatient care programs for teens. Our secondary location, Spring Mountain Sahara, houses our Adult Outpatient and Senior Adult Inpatient programs. Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility that provides acute crisis stabilization services for adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting. Our individualized treatment includes a structured, therapeutic environment, intensive physician involvement and oversight, and daily group and educational programs. Requirements

  • Masters with major academic studies in psychology, social work or health/counseling field required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in health care and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.
  • Ability to complete on-site clincial assesments.
  • Maintain strong communication with community referrals.
  • A strong client service background is mandatory.
  • Understand and honor the established hospital rules, regulations and policy and procedures.
  • Must be a good public speaker and be able to present materials in a clear, concise, and logical manner.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Good leadership qualities which includes self-control, patience, and empathy.
  • Obtain BLS Basic Life Support certification.
  • New hires are required to attend one (1) full week of New Employee Orientation on day shift, normally 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
  • Must successfully pass background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check).
