Requirements

• Minimum 5 years with proven leadership abilities
• Exceptional chairside assisting skills and clinical expertise
• Strong team management and mentoring capabilities
• Expertise in maintaining CDC, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards
• Proven track record in inventory management and supply chain operations
• X-ray certification and proficiency in dental practice management systems
• Outstanding communication skills and a positive "Can-Do" Attitude
• Stable employment history and strong dental terminology knowledge
• Natural ability to build rapport with patients and team members
• Must Be Organize

Nice To Haves

• Graduation from a dental assisting school is a plus; a current dental license or certification may be required in certain states, especially if performing expanded duties or functions.
