The Clinical Lead provides daily clinical oversight, leadership, and operational support to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. In the Pain Management procedural area, the Clinical Lead oversees workflow, staffing, patient flow, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role serves as the primary resource for procedural guidance, real‑time decision‑making, and coordination between nursing staff, providers, and ancillary teams.
