About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technologist for a contract assignment in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and hematology and be licensed to practice in New York State. This role offers the potential for conversion to a permanent position following successful completion of the assignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
- Solid background in chemistry and hematology
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited laboratory technology program
- Valid New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (NYSED – 092) with Primary Source Verification

Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
- Conduct testing in chemistry and hematology with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure quality control, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Adhere to all laboratory safety, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Accurately document and report test results
