About The Position

We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist with strong experience in Hematology and Chemistry to support laboratory operations in a clinical healthcare setting. This role involves performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
• Hands-on experience in Hematology and Chemistry testing
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to laboratory protocols
• Ability to work independently during evening and night shifts
• Valid New York State Education Department (NYSED) license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Responsibilities

• Perform hematology and chemistry laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of test results
• Follow laboratory quality control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Document and report test results accurately within laboratory systems
• Collaborate with laboratory and clinical staff as needed
• Support evening and overnight laboratory operations, including weekends and holidays
