Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Valid drivers license and clear driving record
• Doctoral or Master's degree in a laboratory science or Bachelor's or Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical technology
• ASCP or equivalent certification
• One or more of the following by the state where the laboratory is located (when applicable): Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Medical Technologist (MT), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a laboratory supervisor, manager, or technical consultant desired
• Project Management certifications are valued regarded
• Lean, Six Sigma certification is a value

Responsibilities

• Responsible/oversight of customers account with respect to all state, local, and federal regulatory agencies
• Ensure laboratory records for customer as well as documentation for laboratory operation are current within the project management software
• Assess customer opportunities that enable the customer to advance quality testing of patient care
• Stay current with advancements in laboratory technology as well as any changes to regulatory and compliance standards that includes but is not limited to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) updates
• Other duties as assigned
