  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • Completion of an accredited CLS or Medical Laboratory Scientist program.
  • Current certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) through ASCP or equivalent.
  • State licensure.
  • 1–2 years of clinical laboratory experience.
  • Familiarity and experience with laboratory equipment, automated analyzers, blood bank and diagnostic techniques.
