This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Labeling Specialist, located in
Garden City, NY. The Clinical Labeling Specialist will be responsible for label
generation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry
standards. Daily tasks include close collaboration with regulatory teams, conducting research, preparing documentation on labeling processes. The role
will involve clear communication with internal departments

Requirements

• Experience in clinical labeling, pharmaceutical labeling, regulatory affairs in a cGMP environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
• A team player with strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical labeling requirements, materials, and artwork with the Project Leader to ensure compliance with study and regulatory standards.
• Prepare the production area per cGMP area‑clearance procedures and verify correct clinical‑grade label stock.
• Print and inspect clinical trial labels to ensure accuracy, legibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Document all activities accurately, including batch records, reconciliation logs, and in‑process checks, and submit for QA review.
• Perform controlled reprints and support packaging/labeling preparation for compliant clinical shipment.
