About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Technologist to perform complex laboratory testing and support daily lab operations within a pathology and chemistry setting. This role ensures accurate results, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care while collaborating with healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant laboratory experience
• Strong experience in chemistry laboratory testing
• Licensed or qualified Clinical Lab Technologist (CLT)
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or Physical Sciences (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience overseeing laboratory operations
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols and standards
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of test results
• Support and oversee daily laboratory operations as needed
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Assist in supervising and guiding laboratory staff when required
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting procedures
