About The Position

Join Rady Children's Lab Team as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist - Generalist with Hematology & Blood Bank Expertise! Rady Children's is seeking a versatile and motivated CLS to support our mission of delivering exceptional pediatric care through precision diagnostics. We're looking for a generalist with strong skills in Hematology and Blood Bank, and the flexibility to assist in Microbiology and Chemistry as needed. In this high-impact role, you'll perform a variety of high-complexity clinical tests that directly support patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of experience
• CA Clinical Lab Scientist Licensure

Nice To Haves

• 4 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Conducting diagnostic testing across multiple disciplines with accuracy and efficiency
• Performing quality control, preventive maintenance, and test validation
• Reviewing and reporting results in compliance with lab and regulatory standards
• Maintaining current knowledge of hospital and laboratory policies and procedures
