About The Position

The Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) position is a full-time role on the 2nd shift at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA. This position is integral to the operation of the laboratory, where the CLS will perform specialized tasks involving medical laboratory testing. Responsibilities include performing and reporting results of tests, ensuring accuracy, assisting in the training and orientation of new technologists, and directing the work of laboratory assistants and auxiliary personnel. The CLS must maintain a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures and comply with all quality control policies. The role requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Corona Regional Medical Center, demonstrating behavior consistent with the core values, and supporting the strategic plan and performance improvement goals.

Requirements

• Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License required.
