About The Position

As a Clinical Lab Scientist BB at Paoli Hospital, you will be part of a team that performs complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological testing in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of disease. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or related field.
• Skills necessary to perform procedures contained in the laboratory procedure manual.
• Demonstrated communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Nice To Haves

• MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Previous laboratory computer system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological testing.
• Process specimens and report test results accurately.
• Utilize laboratory computer systems for test performance and reporting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care.
