Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
CLIAFE – must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.

Nice To Haves

6 months experience as a phlebotomist is highly preferred.
PBT (ASCP) – Phlebotomy Technician preferred upon hire.
