We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Transplant Coordinator in the Kidney Transplant Department. This meaningful role supports patients throughout their transplant journey and plays a vital part in life-changing care. This position works Monday through Friday, daylight hours, and offers a hybrid schedule with a mix of in-office and remote work. Coordinators also participate in remote on-call coverage a few times per month. Join a team where your expertise helps give patients a second chance at life. The Clinical Transplant Coordinator I is responsible and accountable for delivering nursing care using the nursing process. In collaboration with fellow coordinators, leadership, the transplant team, and other healthcare professionals, this role applies sound clinical knowledge and skills to achieve high-quality patient outcomes. The Clinical Transplant Coordinator I demonstrates entry-level competencies to provide age-appropriate care, incorporating principles of growth and development across the lifespan. This role also requires the ability to assess and interpret patient data to identify and address each patient’s individual needs.
