Clinical Instructor (Temporary Employee Pool)
About The Position
Minimum Qualifications Bachelors in a subject related to nursing. Two (2) years of direct care experience. Active, unencumbered RN License. Content expertise in one or more of the BRN specialty areas: Population Health/Community Health Health Assessment Adult Health/Gero Critical Care Nursing Nursing Fundamentals Pediatrics Maternal Care, OB, Post-Partum, Neonatal Mental Health Nursing Preferred Qualifications BSN . A master’s degree or its equivalent in the field of specialization and promise of teaching success and of scholarly achievements. MSN . DNP , PhD, Ed.D. Experience with Canvas EMS . One (1) to two (2) years’ experience teaching as a clinical instructor. Expertise in clinical skills/simulation. Ability to work as a team with administrators, fellow faculty, staff, and students. Knowledge, skills, and experience in working with diverse students. Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written modalities. Computer literacy.
