The Department of Health and Human Performance at East Texas A&M University invites applications for a full-time Clinical Instructor in Nutrition to serve as the Program Director for the Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD). This position is a 9-month instructional appointment with dedicated workload time allocated to DPD program management in accordance with ACEND accreditation standards. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Dietitian with experience in teaching, curriculum development, student advising, and program administration. The Clinical Instructor will primarily support undergraduate instruction in nutrition and dietetics, oversee all DPD accreditation and administrative functions, and contribute to service activities within the department and university. This is a teaching-focused role with no research or scholarship requirements.
