About The Position
The Clinical Information System Analyst serves as the organization's Subject Matter Expert for the hospital's Electronic Health Record system. This role involves assisting in training new users, recommending improvements to workflows, and managing user accounts and access. The analyst is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, tracking IT inventory, and configuring new computers. They also monitor Electronic Health Record communications, develop disaster downtime plans, and ensure compliance with governing body standards. The position requires regular attendance and the ability to perform various duties as assigned.
