About The Position
Cascade Medical (CM) , in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, is looking for a full-time Clinical Informatics Technician. CM operates under a strong set of Shared Values, and we are looking for a positive addition to our Quality team. Job Summary: The Informatics Technician supports the effective use of the Meditech Expanse electronic health Informatics record (EHR) and relevant software applications across Cascade Medical. This position provides end-user assistance, performs basic system and software configuration, supports testing and implementation activities, and ensures reliable day-to-day EHR operations in the Hospital, Business Office and Rural Health Clinic settings. Work Schedule: This is a full time position, exact schedule to be coordinated with the Director of Informatics. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required during system updates or go-live periods, and onsite support in clinical care settings will be re-quired.
