This position is open to candidates with backgrounds in nursing, clinical roles, healthcare informatics, IT, computer science, or other related fields. Experience is highly preferred. The Informatics Specialist provides operational, technical, and administrative support to the Clinical Informatics Department. This role assists with EHR-related tasks, technology troubleshooting, data entry, end user support, training logistics, and workflow documentation. The Informatics Assistant works closely with the Clinical Informatics Nurse Manager to ensure smooth operation of clinical systems, timely resolution of issues, and a positive user experience for clinical and non clinical team members. The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours, weekend, holiday, or on call responsibilities based on project and organizational needs.
