Pay information Pay Level: 025 FLSA Category: Exempt – Salary Individual pay will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and other relevant factors Opportunities for continued salary growth through a performance-based merit program The estimated starting salary for this position is $80,716.23- $115,000.00 At BCBSND, we’re committed to providing fair and equitable compensation. A day in the life The Clinical Informaticist plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s clinical data strategy by enabling the effective use, exchange, and integration of health care data across systems. This role bridges clinical expertise with data analytics and technology to advance the payer’s clinical data enablement and interoperability initiatives. This role supports the design, implementation, and optimization of health information systems, ensuring that clinical data is actionable, high-quality, and aligned with regulatory and value-based care goals.
