Qualifications: One or more of the following required: Clinical certification or licensure (MA, LPN, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Health or IT-related field Five years of work experience directly related to clinical system build, design, maintenance, and troubleshooting Epic certification and at least 2 years Epic experience working in a clinical application, EpicCare Ambulatory certification strongly preferred. EpicCare Ambulatory certification must be obtained within four months of hire if not already held Five years of work experience in a healthcare environment Knowledge, Abilities, Skills Required Working knowledge of the functionality and configuration of Epic's clinical applications Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize workload Strong customer service skills used in assisting coworkers, end users, and vendors - pleasant, professional, "customer" oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and highly analytical Excellent computer skills Ability to document standing operating procedures and technical guidelines Ability to analyze problems and develop realistic and effective solutions Ability to participate as a project team member in an efficient and effective manner Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audience Ability to handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operations Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting
