This role develops and implements educational programs for nursing and technologist staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and professional development. Serving as a bridge between clinical practice and education, the specialist ensures that staff remain current with evidence-based practices, technologies, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining all Imaging Department policies and procedures, monitoring quality control reports, providing timely feedback to clinical practitioners, developing content for annual competency completion, and conducting regular in-service trainings.
