About The Position

Through collaboration with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams, the Nursing Administration Department promotes continuity of care, operational efficiency, and a consistent patient-centered approach throughout the organization. Clinical House Supervisor Part-Time, Nights Job Description: The Clinical House Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of patient care services and oversees hospital operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Collaborates with the hospital risk manager to address risk and safety issues and ensures follow-up. Functions as a “superuser” for Information Systems (PIM, EPIC, Develop You, Maxsys, API Time & Attendance). Addresses issues, complaints, and concerns in keeping with promotion of a healing environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Current license from the Ky Board of Nursing
  • Three years of Nursing experience
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS
