About The Position

The Clinical Group Facilitator at New Freedom serves as a role model in recovery, demonstrating effective coping skills while leading member groups. This role focuses on delivering approved curriculum through dynamic, engaging facilitation in groups held multiple times daily. Facilitators support members in building independence and progress in their recovery, using best practices and recovery resources to ensure impactful group experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate groups using the assigned curriculum and schedule, adapting content as needed with approval.
  • Support members in setting recovery goals and creating plans for re-entry and success.
  • Observe group dynamics and member behavior, reporting concerns to clinical staff as needed.
  • Encourage member engagement through meaningful group activities and feedback-driven improvements.
  • Provide guidance on daily living skills, social skills, and community reintegration.
  • Complete accurate documentation within 24 hours and meet all KPIs for quality care.
  • Collaborate with Member Care Teams and recommend support based on observations.
  • Participate in required supervision, training, and continuing education activities.
